Network issues Tuesday 2020-08-25 between 16:50-17:30 (approx) caused our APIs to be unavailable, we are investigating the root cause and will publish updates as we learn more

Datacenter Network Issues led to Kivra services being unavailable between 14:28 and 14:42. The issue has been identified and resolved.

API inaccessible

Resolved

The network connectivity issue our service provider experienced is now fixed, all Kivra services are operational.

Update

The internet wide network issue is still ongoing, no ETA available for when it will be fixed.
