The problem with slowness in the signature service is now solved
Investigating
We've been notified by some users that our signature service is not working as intended.
We're currently investigating, preliminary findings suggest that it's only users (delegates) with many agreements due to be signed that are experiencing the issue.

Update
Following our previous announcement regarding the scheduled sandbox cleanup on Friday, June 12th, please find some important clarifications on what will be preserved and what will be affected:
Preserved Data: All user accounts, account settings, tenant configurations, campaigns, and logos will remain completely intact.
Metadata: All metadata associated with historical content will be kept.
Content & PDFs: While the metadata is preserved, the actual files (PDFs) belonging to content sent prior to the cleanup on June 12th will be replaced by a placeholder PDF.

To ensure optimal performance and a stable testing environment, a scheduled cleanup of the sandbox environment will be performed on Friday, June 12th, before 12:00 PM (CET).
Key Information:
Data Deletion: All historical data and content within the sandbox environment will be permanently removed. System Availability: The environment will remain fully accessible for testing both prior to and immediately following the maintenance window.
