Problem is solved, the batch service is up and running again. All content uploaded during the downtime will be automatically processed, no need for actions from senders/partners.

Monday 2nd May we had 2 shorter interruptions in service for our APIs between 19:50 and 19:58 and then between 20:07 and 20:11. Problem is now resolved.

On Tuesday May 31st between 9:00 and 10:00 we will change the IP address for ftp.kivra.com from 94.247.170.59 to 45.86.104.86. Please update your firewall rules if needed. We recommend that you allow both IP addresses on your firewall until the transition is completed.
