We have identified and fixed the issue. It's possible for users to read content in Kivra. It's possible to send in Kivra, however, it may be a disturbance for a short while in the near future. If you receive an error message upon sending, please make a retry.

Right now, Kivra has a disturbance that makes it difficult for users to read content in our service. It also affects the ability to send content via our API. Troubleshooting in progress
