As today the endpoint: sender.api.kivra.com is pointing to a new IP address 45.86.104.144 . Senders/Partners/Integrators that are relying on whitelisting (which we do not recommend as IP addresses can be changed at any time on our side) will need to add 45.86.104.144 to their whitelisting.

Update

Yesterday, we announced a new IP address for sender.api.kivra. Unfortunately, there was an error in the communicated IP address.

The correct IP address is: 45.86.104.150

This IP address is also applicable to Kivra's sandbox environment: https://sender.sandbox-api.kivra.com
