During the afternoon, Kivra experienced short service interruptions. The interruptions lasted for approximately 1 minute and occurred between 15.13 and 15.35 CET. All services may have been affected by the disruption. All services are working as expected again.

End of life usermatch version 1

Update

On April 30, 2025, Kivra will stop supporting version 1 of usermatch in the matching service.

Updating to version 2 of usermatch offers several advantages for you as an integrating party. Among other things, with using version 2 you can match users against verified email addresses and also companies against VAT numbers, in addition to matching on SSN.
