Currently, some senders are experiencing longer response times via Kivras API. If you receive the response "500" via Kivra, you should always perform a re-try.

Kivra Signing Service - Error in the creation of final covenant PDFs

Investigating

Since 13.25 (Monday 19:th of May) , there is an error in the creation of final covenant PDFs within Kivra's signing service. Troubleshooting is in progress.
