This morning, Kivra had an operational disturbance on the API which may have led to long response times when sending content.
The disruption has been going on between 9:40-10:16
The disturbance has been resolved and the service is working again as expected.

On April 24-25, we will work on the final details to improve certain features of our service. This mainly applies to the matching function before sending content.
This means that during the day there can be very small disturbances in both production and the sandbox. If you receive an error message in connection with trying to match users before sending or when sending content, always make a retry.
We hope, and believe, that the disturbances will be minimal. We will update if any of the above information changes.
