Monday 2nd May we had 2 shorter interruptions in service for our APIs between 19:50 and 19:58 and then between 20:07 and 20:11. Problem is now resolved.

Issue is resolved and timeout is restored to normal value for user requests

A shorter timeout (60 seconds) could impact possibility to retrieve our matching lists correctly from the API. We are working to restore a longer timeout but it is important to check that a complete file was received when getting the "/v1/tenant/TENANT_KEY/user" API resource, to avoid risk of using an incomplete matching list.

Problem is solved, the batch service is up and running again. All content uploaded during the downtime will be automatically processed, no need for actions from senders/partners.

Issue is solved, all systems back to normal levels. No actions required from integrators.

We are currently see a higher number of 500s in the API. We are looking at the issue. You can safely retry your request when getting a 500 as answer.
