The situation has stabilized and our systems are continuously improving with faster response times. As a sender you might still get an "error 500"- type response from the API. If this happens we encourage you to try sending again.

We continue to work on making Kivra Campaigns and Sender Home available. Prioritizing during the day has been to stabilize, and monitor, services such as sender API. We continue to work to be able to restore all our services to normal.

Kivra still has some network issues.

Sending content in the service works as expected. Matching users before sending works as expected.

Services currently affected are Kivra Campaigns and Kivra Sender Portal.

We are currently experiencing difficulties with the matching of users in Kivra. Meaning that our list of private Kivra users won't be updated as of this morning.

Companies (Foretagsbrevladan) in Kivra are up-to-date, no matching issue there.

A few moments ago Kivra had an short operational disturbance which affected the ability to send content via our API. The downtime was a couple of minutes. Please check responses if you're unsure about the content was delivered.

As of now, we are seeing improvements throughout the service. Users might discovered minor GUI-deviations in the app due to temporarily changes.

If we follow the same trajectory, services like sender home and campaigns could be activated, we'll keep you updated on that.
