Update and reminder: there will be few, probably two, shorter interruptions in the API services, of few seconds each, after 19:00 on Thursday June 9th. API requests sent during these brief interruptions will time out and should be retried.

Monday 2nd May we had 2 shorter interruptions in service for our APIs between 19:50 and 19:58 and then between 20:07 and 20:11. Problem is now resolved.

New IP address for ftp.kivra.com

On Tuesday May 31st between 9:00 and 10:00 we will change the IP address for ftp.kivra.com from 94.247.170.59 to 45.86.104.86. Please update your firewall rules if needed. We recommend that you allow both IP addresses on your firewall until the transition is completed.
