The service is now operating as expected. The fix has been successfully deployed to production, and we have verified that the Kivra user-matching service is fully restored.

Update
Following our previous announcement regarding the scheduled sandbox cleanup on Friday, June 12th, please find some important clarifications on what will be preserved and what will be affected:
Preserved Data: All user accounts, account settings, tenant configurations, campaigns, and logos will remain completely intact.
Metadata: All metadata associated with historical content will be kept.
Content & PDFs: While the metadata is preserved, the actual files (PDFs) belonging to content sent prior to the cleanup on June 12th will be replaced by a placeholder PDF.
